Maged Kalta is an anointed, inspiring leader who has a tremendous passion for encouraging, mentoring, and developing leaders in the body of Christ. A man with a visionary heart, God has used him to touch many Nations and stir their hearts to obey the calling of God wholeheartedly. Gifted with great ease in building cross-cultural relationships, Maged holds a walk that's wholly dependent on God's direction and empowerment.  

In 1989, Maged moved to England to attend a discipleship training course with Youth with a Mission. There, the Lord revealed to him that England would be his future dwelling to serve God and fulfill God's purpose and call for his life. For over 30 years, Maged has faithfully served with Youth with A Mission. Throughout those years, and because of his deep love for people, he has become a spiritual father/leader/mentor to many regardless of their age or culture. In 2000 he became the King's Lodge base director, and under his leadership, the base experienced an increase in the capacity for programs, classrooms, and housing. From the King's Lodge in Nuneaton-England, Maged and his wife Rose have taken teams worldwide, In 2010 alone, he visited 37 cities in the UK and 35 nations worldwide. He has a passion for seeing nations impacted by God's love. 

Since 2020 Maged has been working along with a team of global leaders as a worldwide elder traveling internationally to encourage, mobilize and release people in the body of Christ.

Maged is also part of the International advisory board of the YWAM development and relief Ships in the Philippines, providing medical, natural, and spiritual relief and support to help over 1500 poor, neglected Islands and communities.

رجل ذو قلب رؤيوي، استخدمه الله ليلمس العديد من الأمم و القلوب لطاعة دعوة الله بكل إخلاص. موهوبًا في مد جسور من العلاقات بين الثقافات المختلفة، تقوم خدمته وتعتمد كليًا على توجيه الله وارشاده.

في عام 1989 ، انتقل ماجد إلى إنجلترا لحضور دورة تدريبية على التلمذة مع برنامج "شباب له رسالة". وهناك ، أعلن له الرب أن إنجلترا ستكون مقر إقامته المستقبلي لخدمة الله وتحقيق قصده والدعوة على حياته.

لأكثر من 30 عامًا، خدم ماجد بإخلاص مع هيئة "شباب له رسالة" وطوال تلك السنوات، وبسبب محبته العميقة لخدمة النفوس، أصبح أبًا، وقائدًا، ومرشدًا روحيًا للكثيرين بغض النظر عن أعمارهم أو ثقافتهم.

في عام 2000 أصبح مدير مقر هيئة شباب له رسالة "King's Lodge" في انجلترا.

في عام 2010 وحده، زار 37 مدينة في المملكة المتحدة و 35 دولة حول العالم.

منذ عام 2020 ، يعمل ماجد مع فريق من القادة الدوليين كمتحدث دولي يسافر حول العالم لتشجيع الخدام وتدريبهم وتمكينهم من تتميم دعوتهم الشخصية.

ماجد هو أيضًا جزء من المجلس الاستشاري الدولي لسفن التنمية والإغاثة YWAM في الفلبين، حيث يقدم الإغاثة الطبية واللوجستية والدعم الروحي لمساعدة الناس في أكثر من 1500 من الجزر والمجتمعات الفقيرة والمهمشة في المحيط الهادي
